When you blog you have to obey by a certain social responsible behaviour. Even though you’re a non-commercial publisher of information and opinions you have to exercise a great deal of credibility to gain trust and sympathy from the readers. There’s no written rules about blogging, but as people learn by their experiences a kind of best practice occur.
One thing is that you have to blog regularly. But I think quality is preferred over quantity. I would rather read a thoroughly prepared work than several superficial posts a day. When you use ree-feeds you get a number of feeds a day, and if you get multiple feeds every day from just one source it’s impossible to read them all.
Furthermore it is important to be open an honest about your opinions and what you stand for and share valuable links and knowledge and make references to show your source of inspiration.
I actually foun this blog post specifying the do’es and don’ts of blogging, where they have some really good thoughts on the subject.
thanks for the link.
Cheers
